This loyalty program is a Points based Rewards Program offered, by invitation only to painters, contractors, tile applicators & waterproofing contractors by JK Cement.
The program is applicable only to painting contractors / painters registered under the program.
Declared points for each of the products for each tier will be awarded on the purchase of products which are part of the scheme during the scheme period.
Redemption eligibility will be based on the points accumulated during this financial year.
Redemption is possible only through painting contractors / painters registered mobile number. However, rewards will be given as per the redemption process designed by JK Cement.
The offer is independent and cannot be combined with any other offer from JK Cement.
No claims will be entertained for non-receipt of timely information, bank credit and/or collection of bank cards by the recipient.
Prizes are not transferable to other individual or cannot be encashed.
Medical and Accident Insurance is subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned by the insurance company appointed by JK Cement.
JK Cement reserves the right to alter / withdraw the offer at any time without prior intimation, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this offer.
JK Cement shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in the program or using the gift.
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai court only.
Health & Wellness Terms & Conditions
Medical Insurance
Please note that the contractors who are eligible for the above health benefits will be registered in the policy subsequently. Benefit can be availed post the registration process is completed. Process to apply for claims along with exclusions and terms of the policy will be shared separately.
Reporting the incident to company within 30 days is essential to be eligible for claiming the benefit.
Accident Insurance

Claims to be intimated within 7 days to the insurer and final claim documents to be submitted within 30 days from resumption of normal activities by the contractor to the insurance company.
In case of Death, the entire capital sum insured, will be paid to the legal heir(s) of the deceased/his/her dependents in accordance with the personal law applicable to him/her.
In case of Permanent Total Disablement, either 50% of the capital sum insured or 100% of the capital sum insured will be payable to the Contractor depending upon the severity of the disablement suffered by the insured person.
In case of Permanent Partial Disablement, depending on the nature of disablement, a percentage of the capital sum insured will be payable to the Supervisor / Painter.
Process for availing the benefit of Medical Tele-consultation -
The eligible contractors need to call the JK Cement helpline 1800-103-7375 from their registered mobile number.
Call center agent will ask for their basic details like Name, Age, Contact no and Contractor Uphaar ID.
The contractor will be connected to the Alyve agent for details of their main health issue, preferred time slot and language.
Basis the details provided, the contractor will receive a confirmation call with the appointment details within 1-2 hours.
At the time of appointment, Alyve representative will connect the contractor to the medical practitioner.
Post – consultation, medical advice will be sent on Contractors’ mobile number via WhatsApp/SMS.
Contractors can follow similar steps to schedule a follow-up consultation, if required.
Process for availing the benefit of Medical & Accident Insurance -
The eligible contractor needs to call the JK Cement helpline 1800-103-7375 from their registered mobile number.
The contractor needs to share their policy details and number mentioned in the Uphaar App with the helpline agent.
The contractor needs to share details regarding health-related issues and expenses.
Post successful policy verification by the helpline, the contractor will receive a call to collect the documents- physical documents need to be dispatched to the TPA. The Alyve team will provide relevant support throughout the process. However, if the contractor fails to provide the documents, then the claim will be rejected.
The claim will then be forwarded to the insurance company who will then vet the claim submitted along with the relevant documents.
On approval of the claim, amount will be credited to the bank account verified and linked by the contractor on the Uphaar App.
Internship

This is only an application and interview opportunity, and the final selection/rejection of the internship depends on the performance of the candidate during the interview as well as the overall suitability to the role.
Process for availing the benefit | Internship -
The eligible contractor needs to call the JK Cement helpline 1800-103-7375 from their registered mobile number.
It should be ensured that the candidate is accompanying the contractor during the call-in case of queries/ clarification requested by the agent.
The contractor needs to share the details of their son/daughter such as age of the candidate, pursuing graduation or post-graduation, marks in 10th and 12th standards, who is interested in applying for the opportunity.
Post call, if the candidate is found to meet all the eligibility criteria, contact details of the candidate will be shared with the HR team and the interview will be scheduled accordingly.
Candidate needs to appear for the interview as per the chosen time slot/venue. He/she is expected to carry birth certificate, educational certificates as guided by HR.
Based on the performance in the interview, candidate selection will be decided.
If the candidate is selected, then he/she will get the communication from the HR associate along with the details of the joining location, date, etc. If not selected, the HR associate will communicate the same to the candidate.
Trainings & Certifications Terms & Conditions :
Process for availing the benefit of Trainings & Certifications -
The eligible contractor needs to call the JK Cement helpline 1800-103-7375 from their registered mobile number.
The contractor has to indicate his interest in enrolling for the certification to the helpline agent.
The helpline agent will communicate to the contractor the next date of the upcoming certification. If the date is suitable to the contractor, the helpline agent will process the registration.
The fees will be collected from the contractor by the CTS Executives within 5 days of successful registration of the contractor.
Reminders will be shared with the registered influencer a few days prior to the date of certification. Relevant details regarding location and timings will be communicated.
The registered individual will be required to reach the communicated location 20 minutes prior to the start of the certification.
